The genuine degree of Odom’s condition stays obscure. TMZ is reporting that the previous NBA forward is “battling for his life” in a Las Vegas healing center.
In this way, all we have from Odom’s kin is an undefined articulation from the forward’s specialists, Jeff Schwartz. USA Today’s Jeff Zillgitt tweeted out the message Wednesday morning:

This is a dismal, miserable story.
Odom’s tumble from NBA fame to unscripted television subplot was as open as it was terrible. Dryg abuse gossips and rumors twirled. Whispers of rehab stints were also heard, and then Odom just disappeared immediately and inexplicably. He didn’t appear to trust anybody with reality of his condition.
Maybe now, if there’s anybody who could traverse to Odom, it is Bryant. The two were colleagues for a long time and won two titles together. It’s not Bryant’s character or expected set of responsibilities to play life coach, yet appearing at Odom’s bedside at the worse point in his life will mean something.
